Certitex certification for Radici Yarn

Certitex, an independent certification organisation for the textile and clothing industry, audited Radici Yarnpolyamide 6 polymerisation, POY and FOY spinning, staple spinning and masterbatch production at the Villa d'Ogna site and the polyamide 66 POY spinning process at the PIstoia site. Certitex also checked the sorting, packaging and shipping processes at both sites.
"We want to make a tangible contribution to the safeguarding and improvement of our environment and the use of its natural resources, while ensuring the total sustainability of the group’s manufacturing activities,” said Oscar Novali, Radici Yarn managing director. “As required by the standard, we defined our environmental goals and objectives and implemented a system that could effectively avert and manage the most significant negative environmental impacts of the various industrial activities carried on at our production sites."
