Vaude appoints shoe manager
Michael Muehlberg has taken over the position of manager for the Vaude shoe division. An experienced footwear professional, he will be responsible for the product development, design, production and marketing of the company’s shoes.
Mr Muehlberg previously worked for Jack Wolfskin for more than three years as product manager in the footwear segment. He has also worked for the Innovation Design Company, an Austrian firm responsible for product development concepts for the sporting goods industry.
“I'm looking forward to establishing together with an energetic team Vaude's youngest product category in the sporting goods market as successfully as all the other Vaude product segments. In doing so, we will also be increasing our focus on mountain sports in the shoe segment,“ said Mr Muehlberg.
