Buff Thermocool team wins again
Buff has won the III Raid Sierras Subbéticas race, racking up its second consecutive victory of the year. The team comprised Fran López Costoya, Arnau Julía and Albert Roca. The team had to take part in cycling, mountain biking, kayak, trekking, walking and orientation exercises in a race that lasted 17 hours in temperatures of 30°C.
The third edition of Raid Sierras Subbéticas took place in the province of Cordóba in Andalusia, Spain. More than 70 teams participated across the Elite and Adventure teams.
Advansa and Buff have sponsored the team for three years. With the new collection of Thermo Cool, the team was equipped with multifunctional garments. When the wearer is hot and perspiring, the fabric provides evaporative cooling, keeping the user cool and comfortable. When the user is cold and shivering, the fabric reduces the exposure impact with external temperatures, keeping the user warm and thermo-regulated.
