More services offered at Invista’s Delaware site

Invista’s apparel customer service facility for North America has moved to the company’s Applied Research Centre in Newark, Delaware. The Delaware facility will now offer brand standards testing, customer-inquiry analysis and in-process management, in addition to its existing research and development programmes.

“Guided by Invista’s strong focus on innovation, we have used this research facility in the past to explore new ideas for fibre and fabric applications,” said Robert Dzielak, North America sales director for Invista Apparel. “With the addition of these expanded services, we not only continue our R&D efforts, but also provide added value with brand standards testing and direct customer service.”
