According to Nike, Shanghai Century Lianhua Chengshan Supermarket Co Ltd has been illegally selling garments displaying the fake logo, while it claims Kangchen Garment Co Ltd has been manufacturing garments bearing the logo.

The sportswear giant is claiming damages of $43,900.
