ShanghaiTex to attract 120,000 visitors

The fourteenth International Textile Industry Exhibition (ShanghaiTex 2009) will be held on June 12–15, 2009 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Pudong. It is expected that the exhibition area will reach 120,000 square-metres and that more than 1,500 international exhibitors will participate.
ShanghaiTex is held biennially in odd-numbered years, offering companies a platform for showcasing cutting-edge machinery and technologies for the textile industry. In 2009, solutions for knitting, hosiery, printing, dyeing, finishing, spinning, non-woven, technical textile and weaving machinery, textile chemicals, spare parts and accessories will be on display.
The organisers expect to attract 120,000 visitors from all parts of China and from more than 40 other countries.
