Musto celebrates new website

Sailing and outdoor brand Musto has launched a new website (www.musto.com) on which, for the first time, UK customers will have online access to the company's full product range for the first time.

The redeveloped website coincides with the launch of Musto’s new spring-summer sailing, equestrian, shooting and lifestyle ranges. Musto is also offering customers a special introductory offer with free delivery on web orders for a limited period. 

The company's managing director, Andy Towne, said on announcing the new development: “We’re excited by the launch of our new website; it’s an important step in our ongoing brand development programme to grow Musto in the UK and overseas. We have such a wide range of goods across sailing, shooting, equestrian and lifestyle sectors that it is impossible for either our existing stores or distributors to stock all the Musto range. Now, for the first, time all our products can be purchased from one source. 

He said he believed Musto's new online offering would be a complement rather than a threat to its partnerships with specialist core retailers who offer expertise as well as the brand's products to customers. He said: Our dedication to our existing retail base is underlined by a new investment programme we are instigating with our retailers. This will include cross promotion on the website.”
