Berghaus appoints EU regional sales manager

Building on the restructure of its European sales force that took place towards the end of 2008, outdoor brand Berghaus has confirmed the appointment of Sebastien Willefert as its new EU regional sales manager.
Mr Willefert will join the company on 1 May and will report to Simon Roberts, sales director for Europe. He has worked in the outdoor industry for the last six years, at Lafuma, and will be based in France.
Simon Roberts commented on announcing the appointment: “I am delighted that Sebastien is joining the sales team at Berghaus. He brings a wealth of outdoor knowledge to this new role and I am sure that his experience of markets and products will benefit the whole team and accelerate sales growth in Europe.”
Over the last 18 months, Berghaus has signed several new distribution agreements in key European markets. Sebastien Willefert and the rest of the restructured European sales team will work closely with the new partners, and directly with retailers, to build on the brand’s recent international progress.
