Advansa unveils its Performance Days policy

Polyester producer Advansa has announced that it will showcase its newest fabrics and innovations at Performance Days, the new event for textile
sportswear, run as a road show in which the newest fabric technologies are presented to decision-makers of European brands.
The 2009 Performance Days will take place in the early part of may in three cities with a strong interest in outdoor activity: Verona, Stockholm and Munich.
Advansa will hold a workshop at each event to show a wide range of new high-performance fabric developments featuring its ThermoCool, ThermoCool ECO and
BIOPHYL products.
“Environmental protection is one of the key values guiding the development of new Advansa products," commented Silvia Toledo, market manager for the company. “We are happy to offer customers the possibility of making an ecological choice without having to abandon the option of having multi-functional
product performance.”
Two new ranges of high-end technical insulation products for sleeping bags and apparel will also be on display. The apparel product uses ThermoCool, while the insulation product for sleeping bags uses the Advansa ThermoCool fibre.
The dates for the Performance Days are as follows:
Verona, May 4-5
Stockholm, May 7-8
Munich, May 11-12.
