24/04/2009
Specialist fabric and yarn producer Cocona has been named as a 'Colorado Company to Watch' by the Office of Economic Development of its home state.
The scheme is funded by a foundation set up in the name of US entrepreneur Edward Lowe. It aims to recognise second-stage companies that are creating valuable products and services, generating quality jobs, enriching communities, and establishing new industries throughout the state of Colorado.
The companies that feature have to have their headquarters in Colorado, have to have between six and 99 employees and have to make between $750,000 and $5 million a year in revenues. The Edward Lowe foundation stipulates that the companies show the desire and the capacity to grow.
