Jordan: adidas expansion here too

Following the announcement that it would increase its retail footprint in India by 200 outlets before the end of this year (sportstextiles.com, April24), the adidas Group has said retail expansion, albeit on a much smaller scale, will also take place in Jordan.
The company said Jordan was a key pillar of its strategic plans for this region. The adidas Group aims to open an additional 10 new stores to the 15 already existing stores in Jordan by 2012. The stores will represent the adidas Sport Performance and the adidas Sport Style divisions, as well as the Reebok brand.
