Dogi to restructure

Sports and swimwear elastic provider Dogi, which went into administration in May (see sportstextiles, May 27, 2009), has announced that it is preparing a restructuring plan.
Details of the plan have emerged in the Spanish media, saying that it will lead to an unspecified number of job losses at the cmpany’s facilities there, as well as in Germany and China.
Dogi aims to cut losses by almost 80% in what remains of 2009, while limiting the fall in sales to only 8%.
