New appointment at Optimer

Jeff Horch has joined Optimer Brands as vice-president of sales for the company’s technologies including its patented moisture management technology, Drirelease with FreshGuard.
Most recently with Travelport—a company that provides web-based travel and e-commerce technology solutions for airlines, car rental, hotels and tourist attractions—Mr Horch was responsible for managing all hotel chain, tour operator and cruise line distribution, sales, and product implementation.
In addition to helping build on Optimer’s existing customer base, he will use his expertise to introduce its technologies to the hospitality market. He will work out of his Columbus, Ohio office.
