New polyester plant will be ready by October

Zhejiang Fukelai Chemical Fibers Corporation is reported to have a new polyester manufacturing facility under construction.
The project involves a new unit hat will be capable of producing almost 3 million tonnes of polyester filament yarn a year. The construction project should be complete in October and product from it should come onto the market before the end of 2009, reports from China suggest.
