Unifi makes Repreve addition

Recycled polyester fibre manufacturer Unifi has announced a new fibre made from 100% post-consumer PET bottles to add to its Repreve family of recycled products.

The company’s executive vice-president, Roger Berrier, claimed on announcing the new product: “UNIFI now offers the most extensive array of recycled fibres in the global textile market. And with the addition of the 100% post-consumer recycled option, our customers have another choice when developing their sustainable products.”
