Lenzing sets up organic cotton combination for denim

Fibre manufacturer Lenzing has joined with existing partner, Valencia-based Tejidos Royo to create a new denim fabric made from Lenzing’s Tencel and organic cotton.

The companies have said the fabric is eco-friendly and has “unique soft wear comfort and end user-friendly care properties”. For example, the fabric can be washed at a low temperature. In addition, they say, it has a shiny and luxurious appearance.
