Patrik Frisk has been named VF president for outdoor and action sports EMEA, with responsibility for the JanSport, The North Face, Vans and Reef brands in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. Michael Specht, who held the position until April, has left the company to follow other career opportunities.

Mr Frisk joined VF back in 2004 as country manager for Scandinavia. He has held various positions with The North Face in Europe. Prior to this, he held senior positions in companies including Peak Performance and WL Gore and Associates.
