Fibre and polymer manufacturer Invista is to host a legwear event entitled ‘Lycra fibre moves’ in Verona, Italy, on October 7-8. The forum will celebrate innovation within the legwear industry and provide a platform for its members to meet and exchange ideas.

Invista will showcase its most recent innovations for hosiery and socks at the event including a patented technology that it says will “set a new benchmark in textiles for apparel applications”.

Denise Sakuma, global segment director – legwear, said: “The ‘Lycra fibre moves’ event promises to be inspirational whilst focusing on in-depth forums that highlight the changes and needs faced by our direct and indirect customers – retailers, brands and consumers.”
