Minister thinks big

Vietnam's minister of trade and industry has said the country could achieve garment export turnover of $10 billion this year, $900 million more than in 2008.
General director of the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex), Vu Duc Giang, has told local media that garment export turnover was $4 billion in the first six months of the year, down by 4.7% from the same period of last year.
