Ecco introduces latest men’s golf range
Danish shoemaker Ecco has introduced its spring-summer 2010 men’s golf collection, featuring high-quality leathers, various technologies to improve comfort and a range of styles, from luxurious classic looks to casual, street-inspired designs.
The Ultra Performance Hydromax, for example, is designed for serious players. Its patent-pending stability system offers torsional support, comfort and power through all phases of the swing, while its outsole enhances traction, reduces weight and offers flexibility.
Another model in the line is the Golf Street Premier, which includes bright shades such as cactus green, Fanta orange and chilli red, as well metal-rivet accents and wide, flat laces. It is made to be worn both on and off the course, featuring full-grain leather uppers, a sleek midsole and pre-moulded traction bars.
“With each collection, we continue to redefine the golf footwear experience,” says Michael Waack, head of global golf at Ecco. “Our process is completely unique, as it starts from designs built around the human foot. Comfort, performance and a complete commitment to quality are the driving forces, but style is also key.”
