According to reports, Brazil has said it will import textile items worth $21 million from Bolivia without imposing any import tariffs.

Bolivian newspaper claims Brazilian President José Inácio Lula da Silva made the announcement on August 22.

The decision has given the country a real boost as many textile companies have been struggling because of the difficult financial climate.
