Newlife is a polyester yarn made from recycled plastic bottles that would otherwise end up in landfill sites. According to the company, reusing these bottles offers significant energy savings and reduces CO2 emissions. The yarns are Oeko-Tex approved and the firm’s production process is ISO 9001-2000 certified.
Filature Miroglio also produces a number of blended yarns containing natural fibres such as cotton and wool as well as many technical yarns made from modified polyester.
