Good Gear goes for bamboo

Good Gear, a self-styled provider of eco-friendly sports gear, will launch a new line of apparel at the Indianapolis Marathon on October 16. The new products are made from 100% bamboo fibre.
The new sports apparel line includes shirts, shorts and tanks with a long line of future products. The gear is made from white bamboo charcoal fabric, which is soft, light and breathable, has wicking capabilities, and is durable.
“Good Gear is committed to providing high-quality products to smart athletes who want to have a positive impact on our planet,” said Will Anderson, co-owner of Good Gear. “Bamboo is an amazingly versatile resource and an ideal fabric for eco-friendly sports gear.”
