TITAS gets under way in Taipei

The thirteenth Taipei Innovative Textile Application Show (TITAS) got under way in the Taiwanese capital on October 14. General secretary of organiser, the Taiwan Textile Federation, Justin Huang, said he was expecting 2,500 visitors on the first morning.
These included 20 organised groups of buyers from different provinces and cities in China.
The 2009 exhibition attracted 325 exhibitors, compared to 311 last year.
