Ecco launches fashionable new golf shoe

Danish footwear brand Ecco has launched a new golf shoe, the Golf Street Premier.
The company describes the shoe as a “tremendously versatile, trend-setting hybrid sport-casual shoe designed specifically for wear both on and off the course”.
Taking its cues from the world of fashion, the new shoe uses funky colour pops of cactus green, Fanta orange and chili red, as well as trendy metal-rivet accents. It is made with full-grain leather upper, a PU midsole and durable pre-moulded traction bars.
The shoe has a retail price of $140 a pair.
"This shoe is perfect for golfers who want superior performance on the course and the stylish versatility of a street shoe for everyday use," says C.B. Tuite, general sales manager, for the golf division of Ecco USA. “It’s made using a proprietary direct-injection process that creates a one-piece construction that won't break down over time, which means it's a terrific value-driven gift this season.”
