New funky, feminine shoe at Ecco
Danish shoemaker Ecco has launched a new shoe for women which it describes as “funky”, “fun”, “feminine” and “highly functional”.
The Golf Street Premier is a sport-casual shoe that can be worn on and off the course. Made from high-quality leather it comes in black, meadow, white and imperial purple colourways. The outsole features durable traction bars for extra grip and metal-rivet detailing.
"Hybrid clubs have been one of the major trends in golf the past several years, and we're using innovative designs and manufacturing processes to create a shoe that takes this concept one step further," says CB Tuite, general sales manager, Ecco USA golf division. "While providing all the traction, stability, support and comfort golfers need, they are just as likely to be worn by women who want an "edgy" sport look but have no intention of setting foot on the course."
