UK workwear show expands
The 2010 edition of the Workwear and Corporate Clothing Show is moving to a larger venue to include more exhibition space and to host an increasing number of visitors.
Confirmed visitors at the show, which will run April 13-14 in Coventry, UK, include Dimensions Corporatewear, Invista Textiles UK, Alexandra PLC, ApparelGMS, Staffwear, William Sugden & Sons, Buffera, APT Fabrics, Crocs Europe, Engel Workwear, Kingfisher Leisurewear, The Sutton Group, Shandar Sporting Goods and CAT Workwear.
Almost one in three workers in the UK wears some form of safety or corporate clothing, from high-visibility vests to safety footwear, with the UK market alone valued at around £446 million per year.
The show’s joint managing director, Yvette Ashby, said: “Many people spend the majority of their working days in some form of work-related clothing. The show offers an opportunity for companies to catch up with the latest ideas and to keep their corporate image up to date, and gives exhibitors the chance to forge relationships with new and existing customers.”
