Toronto-based Element 21 Golf Company’s Zeroloft insulation is to be used in a new range manufactured by Russell Outdoors. The hunting apparel and sportswear manufacturer is currently presenting Zeroloft Aspen Aerogels insulated apparel at Shot Show 2010, being held in Las Vegas, Nevada, from January 19-22.

According to Russell Outdoors, products featuring Zeroloft are lightweight without being bulky and perform even when compressed at which point, it claims, traditional apparel insulation fails.

“The Zeroloft insulation has worked well in trials, providing superior warmth and protection from heat loss from compression,” Russell Outdoors said.
