The performance monomers division of Dow Chemical is increasing its off-schedule prices globally for acrylates, methacrylates and specialty monomers effective February 1, or as contracts allow.

According to the company, the increases are necessary because of high raw material costs including propylene, butanol, ethanol, acetone and ammonia prices.
