New dyeing accelerant at Huntsman Textiles

Huntsman Textiles has launched Albaflow UNI-01, a silicon and mineral oil-free penetration accelerant that can be used when dyeing natural and synthetic fibres.  According to the company, it excels with outstanding wetting, de-foaming and de-aerating performance.

Its main strength lies in its ability to support dye-bath penetration. As it is silicon oil-free there is no risk of spotting on the fabric or residue on the machinery, both of which can be costly for the dyer.

Foamless processing is another benefit as foam can negatively impact liquor and goods circulation causing tangles and spots.
