The list of award winners for North America is as follows:

- REI for its Lightweight MTS baselayer garments for men and women (using Power Dry)
- Patagonia for the women’s R3 Hi-Loft hoody (Thermal Pro and Power Stretch)
- Vaute Couture for the Vaute Coat (using Wind Pro fabric)
- Sealy for its Embody By Sealy collection (Body Climate fabric)
- the US Army, ADS Tactical and Peckham Vocational for the Flame Resistant Environmental Ensemble (using the Polartec Thermal FR product)
- Canada Goose for its Tremblant pullover (using Power Shield fabric)
- Arc’teryx for the Alpha SV glove liner (Polartec Wind Pro)
- Marmot for its Variant jacket (Power Stretch)

On announcing the winners, Polartec said: “In addition to a Tiffany crystal award and bragging rights for a year, manufacturers can participate in a custom hangtag programme promoting the winning garments at the consumer level. Polartec also provides additional marketing support through product placement with media and events. Past winners can testify that the Polartec APEX Award drives sell-through.”
