Calida adds outerwear garments to its collection

Swiss clothing brand Calida is expanding its product range to offer women’s outerwear from August. The company, best known for lingerie and other innerwear products, has included knitted tops and pullovers in its new autmn-winter collection.

Its garments are made primarily from natural fibres including merino wool, cashmere, alpaca and cotton; Calida has emphasised that its use of natural fibres means these too will be garments that consumers will be happy to wear next to the skin. It also feels the tops will provide an ideal beachwear complement to the swimwear collection it launched three years, and which it has now expanded.

Calida has stores in Switzerland and Germany.
