Italian textile technology provider Macpi has announced that it will be ready to unveil a new feed-off-the-arm bonding machine at the European Outdoor exhibition in Friedrischafen, July 15-18.

The new product, model 338.60, is a bonding machine that the company says will make it much easier for users to assemble and bond tubular shaped garment components such as sleeves and legs. Chief executive, Luca Mossi, told sportstextiles.com that the 338.60 is versatile enough to be useful in a wide range of applications in the outdoor garment industry.

Mr Mossi said that his company had originally planned to launch the new bonding machine in the autumn, but that Macpi is "ahead of time" on the project and will look forward to showing it to vistors to the Outdoor event. Macpi's booth will be located in Hall A4-316.
