Outdoor attendance up by 6%

The organisers, Messe Friedrichshafen, said that over the piece, 20,460 trade visitors from 87 different countries had attended. This was an increase of 6% on the previous year, when 19,300 visitors made their way to the shores of Lake Constance for the event. There were 868 exhibitors present and more than 900 journalists reported on the show.
“The outdoor sector has a very upbeat mood and we have had a great show,” declared David Udberg, president of European Outdoor Group (EOG) and managing director of Lowe Alpine UK.
