Garment workers hurt in clash with police

Nine women employed in an apparel factory in Cambodia to make clothes for some of the biggest sports and outdoor brands in the world have reportedly been injured in a clash with police.

The 3,000 workers at the factory on the outskirts of the capital,
Phnom Penh, owned by a Malaysian outsource manufacturing partner of the big brands, were on strike over wages and working conditions.
