Anta Sports signs NBA star
Chinese sportswear brand Anta Sports has added NBA player Kevin Garnett to its roster, which already features Luis Scola. The company will provide him with specially designed basketball shoes designed to enhance performance, comfort and protection. It will also launch a new KG sportswear collection.
The deal was signed in Beijing ahead of Mr Garnett’s China tour, which will see him play in Beijing, Xiamen and Shanghai. As well as being an NBA Champion, the basketball star was declared NBA Most Valuable Player for both the regular season and the All-Star Game as well as NBA Defensive Player of the Year. He is the only player in NBA history to average over 20 points and 10 rebounds per game for nine consecutive seasons.
