Cycling industry veteran joins Hincapie Sportswear
Hincapie Sportswear has hired Robert Snedden as retail sales representative for the brand in Texas. Mr Snedden will represent Hincapie for retail cycling apparel and accessory sales to independent bicycle dealers and sell Hincapie custom cycling clothing to clubs and teams in his territory.
“We’ve really focused on growing our sales force this year, and it’s paying off,” said Rich Hincapie, president of Hincapie Sportswear. “Texas is a huge cycling market and we’re putting a lot of effort into growing our business in that area. Robert has worked with some of the biggest retailers in the country and we’re looking forward to having him as part of our sales team.”
Mr Snedden has more than a decade of bicycle industry retail experience having worked with some of the largest cycling shops in the US including Richardson Bike Mart in Texas. He is a lifelong cycling enthusiast and still races his road bicycle as a category two competitor.
“I'm really excited to be a part of the Hincapie team and expanding the brand in the southwest,” he said.
