Etonic golf shoe uses Outlast technology
US-based athletic footwear brand Etonic is launching its first-ever golf shoe featuring Outlast technology.
The company has incorporated the technology into the lining of its 2011 Stabilizer golf shoe to combat the build-up of heat so that the wearer remains comfortable throughout the game. According to Etonic, this can reduces heat and moisture by as much as 44%, resulting in less blistering and odour and helping feet to stay dry.
The Stablizer has a removable 6mm Polysport anti-microbial footbed for cushioning and comfort. The upper contains Micro Tech, a microfibre that helps to reduce weight and improve fit as well as a HydroGuard Waterproof Membrane. It comes with a two-year waterproof warranty and has Aqua-Tite Vents for improved breathability.
The shoe features the company’s Tridensity TPU Power Up outsole system and an injected EVA Midsole for lightweight comfort and cushioning. It has a PowerSpike cleat, provided by Softspikes, and a Fast Twist seven-cleat insert system. It comes in two colourways: white and black saddle or black and silver saddle.
