DyStar completes acquisition in India

Colourants and auxiliaries provider DyStar has announced the acquisition of Texanlab, a Mumbai-based quality control and testing agency specialising in the textile industry.

DyStar said it had made the move because of Texanlab’s expertise in testing textiles, including tests against the restricted substance lists (RSLs) of major brands. Texanlab recently relocated two of its testing facilities to new premises, giving it good scope for growth.
