According to reports, a new sports textiles facility is to open in India. A special textile committee is to submit a proposal to the country’s textile ministry, which would see a sportswear Centre of Excellence established in Mumbai.

The committee is currently working on the financial and logistical details about the centre and hopes to submit the proposal in the near future.
