Registration for first OR Virtual Design Center opens
Outdoor Retailer is now registering visitors for the inaugural Virtual Design Center Live (VDC), a one-day online, interactive seminar. VDC Live will be held December 7 from 12pm to 7pm EST, and attendance is free for all designers and developers.
VDC Live is the first in a series of virtual trade shows to be produced by Outdoor Retailer and the theme is ‘Sustainability through Design’. Participants will take part in live panel discussions and hear experts discussing sustainable materials in the VDC virtual auditorium. They will be able to search through interactive supplier displays in the virtual exhibit hall, and network in a virtual lounge.
"During VDC Live, designers and product developers will be able seek out and learn about the latest in sustainable material developments," said Kenji Haroutunian, Outdoor Retailer show director. "It's a fast-moving and changing landscape. Staying on top of trends in sustainable design will help designers build smarter, lower impact products that brands and consumers need while shrinking their environmental footprint."
