Sports brand unveils religious new designs

Sports apparel brand Accel, which produces the official sportswear of the Philippine Basketball Association, has introduced a new line of apparel printed with religious icons and relics.
Called the 316, the line depicts images of angels and saints on its shirts, footwear and garments, and was inspired by one of the most quotable passages in the new testament of the bible (John 3:16).
“Seeing the image of an angel or other religious figure normally gives people a peaceful and positive outlook in life,” explained Willie Ortiz, president of Accel manufacturer, Sporteum Philippines.
