Rossignol to increase textile sales
19/01/2011
French sports equipment brand Rossignol has stated that it intends to increase its textile division.
The company was sold by sports group Quiksilver in 2008 after poor results and, in the course of 2009, found itself obliged to shed one-third of its workforce.
The company says it lost 60% of its sales following its sale by Quiksilver, but claims that after reorganisation, sales in the fiscal year 2010/11 increased by 26% year-on-year.
