Sympatex announces new collaborations
German performance-orientated and ecologically-friendly functional textiles provider, Sympatex, has announced the acquisition of further new cooperation partners in the sports segment.
In the winter season 2011/12, the brands Belowzero, Bench, Four Elements, Rusty and Sportalm will use the Sympatex membrane and Sympatex laminates for selected ski and snowboard collections for the first time.
The products were showcased at the ispo international sports trade show in Munich, Germany (6-9 February, 2011).
Already among Sympatex’s active wear customers are brands including Vaude, Maloja, Ziener, Billabong and Zimtstern. Sympatex aims to increase its presence in the sports retail market in 2011, while further trade cooperations, sales trainings and marketing campaigns with partners are also planned for 2011.
From winter 2011, the Canadian brand ski-doo (Bombardier) will also offer a Sympatex collection including apparel, shoes and gloves in the US and Canada.
