Italian textile machinery companies to tour Pakistan

The Italian Trade Commission and the Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers has arranged an official visit to Pakistan. The two organisations will deliver two technical seminars to Pakistani textile industry representatives.

The events will take place in Karachi on March 15 and Lahore on March 17. Eight Italian textile machinery manufacturers will travel to Pakistan with the two representative bodies to take part.

Italian technology and expertise can help manufacturers in Pakistan add more value, the organisers said, and improve the quality of the textiles they produce.

As a follow-up, textile workers from Pakistan may be able to attend specialist training courses in Italy.
