Jack Wolfskin celebrates growth outside Germany

11/07/2011
Outdoor brand Jack Wolfskin has announced that Hartmut Klein, its senior manager for European sales, will now take care of the markets outside of the German-speaking countries and the UK. Natascha El Mahmoud will be taking on the new post of senior manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The company says it is achieving an ever-increasing share of its turnover outside Germany. Mr Klein will focus on boosting this growth, with the French market, eastern Europe and Scandinavia receiving particular focus.

Natascha El Mahmoud will be taking on some of the tasks assigned to Hartmut Klein in her new role.

Andreas Keller, who has until now been responsible for some of the major key accounts in Germany, will be taking up Ms El Mahmoud's previous post as sales manager for apparel in Germany.

"The impressive growth of our brand requires additional responsibilities in sales so that Jack Wolfskin can continue to meet the needs of retailers and franchisers", explained Markus Boetsch, the company’s managing director for sales.
