Merrell continues cancer charity support

Outdoor lifestyle brand Merrell has extended its partnership with a UK cancer charity, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, into a second year.

Merrell is promoting a line of footwear with highlights of pink (the international colour of breast cancer awareness) to raise money for the charity; 10% of the retail sale price of each pair will go directly to the cause. Research has suggested that a healthy, active lifestyle can help to prevent the onset of cancer, which affects nearly one in nine women in the UK.

The footwear brand has committed to raising a minimum £20,000 from the initiative.
