German outdoor brand Jack Wolfskin has predicted that full-year sales for its fiscal year, which ends on September 30, are likely to exceed EUR 350 million. This would represent growth of more than 20%.

In a statement, the company said it had achieved “significant increases” in apparel, footwear and equipment. Head of sales, Markus
Bötsch said the brand’s growth outside Germany “hasn’t even begun to peak”.

Asia and eastern Europe have shown the greatest gains with a doubling in sales during this fiscal year. In Central Europe the growth rate was nearly 20%.

Mr
Bötsch also said that pre-orders for the coming winter season had increased by 40% and that deliveries were “running full speed ahead”.
