Gerber shows off its portfolio at CISMA

Technology provider Gerber used the 2011 China International Sewing Machinery & Accessories Show (CISMA) show in Shanghai to highlight its portfolio of software and hardware systems used to automate design and manufacturing tasks for the world’s apparel brands, manufacturers and retailers.

Featured innovations included YuniquePLM product lifecycle management tools, AccuMark pattern design software and the GERBERconnect remote diagnostic system.

Gerber said at the event that YuniquePLM software allows companies of any size to have the benefits of product lifecycle management tools. These include making it much easier for supply chain partners to communicate effectively on issues such as colour, measurements and care symbols.
