Rogers brands nominated for ISPO BrandNew Awards

Specialist impact protection technology provider Rogers has announced that two of the brand partners for its Poron cushioning products, Nimbletoes Footwear and Storelli Sports, have been nominated for 2012 ISPO BrandNew Awards.

The organisers of the Munich-based outdoor and sports event run this competition every year with a view to helping young entrepreneurs obtain global awareness for their brands and products. Winners are selected by a combination of online votes and a specially appointed international panel of judges.

“We are excited to see Nimbletoes and Storelli’s dedicated design, marketing and product development efforts get recognised by an international awards committee,” said Dave Sherman, business development manager, for Poron cushioning at Rogers. “We encourage people to visit the ISPO BrandNew Awards web page and vote for their favourite new brand.”

Nimbletoes Footwear uses a proprietary elastic support and a Poron XRD insole to give a barefoot feeling with good impact absorption.

Storelli Sports uses Poron XRD impact technology in a variety of shirts, shorts and gloves for the soccer market.
